Does the delivery include a vase?

You will have the option to add a vase to some bouquets, though not all offer this feature.

Can I include a personalised message with my delivery?

On the bouquet page, please select the option to add a message and enter your text. You can also add a message from the cart page. All messages will be handwritten and placed in a beautiful envelope.

Is it possible to request a customised service?

Shipping

Is it possible to modify my delivery date and time?

Please contact us, and we will do our best to amend the date and time. This will depend on whether we have already begun work on your bouquet.

What are the cutoff times?

Cutoff times vary each day. Please refer to the table on our delivery information page for details.

What is the delivery fee?

We offer delivery to most locations in Central London. However, for areas slightly farther from our flower studio, a £20 delivery fee applies.

On which days do you make deliveries?

Delivery is available Monday through Saturday, with potential variations around Bank Holidays and other major holidays. We also deliver on Mother's Day.

Can I specify a particular delivery time?

When placing your order, you will have the option to select a delivery time.

What is the protocol if there's no recipient available to receive the delivery?

We will leave your order in the designated safe location you provide during checkout. If no safe spot is specified, we will attempt to contact you via mobile. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave the flowers in a location we deem appropriate.
