Refund policy

Notify Us: If there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 24 hours and include a photo so we can investigate. Please email info@dailana.co.uk

Care Instructions: Follow the care instructions provided. We can’t offer refunds or exchanges if the flowers haven’t been properly cared for. 

Specific Flowers: We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for hydrangeas and peonies. 

Damaged or Faulty Flowers: If your flowers are damaged or faulty, we’ll offer a refund, partial refund, or exchange at our discretion. 

Returns: Returns are accepted for quality issues only, not because of personal preference. 

Substitutions: We may substitute flowers if specific ones are out of season or stock. Check with us if you need a specific type or have allergies. 

Time Limit: We’re not liable for flowers after 48 hours of delivery. Please care for them properly once received. 

Refusal of Delivery: We’re not responsible if the recipient refuses the flowers. 

Refunds: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@dailana.co.uk
